Crepes

2 large eggs
3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup flour
2 tbls melted butter
Butter, for coating the pan

Blend all of the ingredients together. Place the batter in the refrigerator for one hour.  This allows the bubbles come out of the batter mix.  The batter can be in the fridge for 48 hours.

Heat a skillet / pan.  Cook the crepes.
